Hernan Leonoff is part of a long history of entrepreneurs that over a period of four generations built one of the largest and most renowned chain of retail optical stores in Argentina.
Hernan, has being involved, from an early age, in all aspects of the family business and has played a critical role in maintaining and growing the family legacy.
After investing for 6 years in Real Estate projects, Hernan joined MG3 in 2004 bringing a long experience in management, market analysis and business development.
During more than 15 years he led one of the most important “custom homes” construction firms in Argentina, where he managed the whole development process from land acquisition to construction and sale. Between 1986 and 2001 he was in charge of the construction of more than 800single family homes and 5 condominium projects. When he moved to Florida, he brought all his experience to develop urban development projects in South East Florida.
Gustavo currently is in charge of all the construction projects of MG3 and actively involved in the land acquisition processes.
Education: Construction Engineering, Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, Argentina. Marketing, ORT, Argentina. Certified General Contractor State of Florida.
Marcelo had been leading one of the most successful textile companies in Argentina and actively investing in Real Estate projects for more than 10 years before he came to US in 2002. When he moved to Florida, he joined Gustavo Bogomolni, his long time friend, to contribute his entrepreneurial experience in management, financing, business structuring and feasibility; to build what MG3 has become: a thriving Developer and Builder.

In MG3 our core investment approach is to find opportunities that are low risk but ones in which we can produce superior positive returns; typically with a two to four year liquidity expectation. Our investments tend to be made in asset categories where due diligence requires intensive data analysis and technical industry / legal expertise.
