Marcelo Saiegh facilitates company growth by overseeing the fiscal health of MG3.
With a strong background in commercial finance, he provides strategic and financial leadership to the
organization through the oversight and development of the accounting, tax, financial reporting and analysis, and treasury functions.
Marcelo also provides strategic leadership and management support to the company’s information technology department, and co-leads re-development and expansion initiatives for existing portfolios.
Prior to joining MG3, Marcelo led one of the most successful textile companies in Argentina and spent more than decade in real estate investment.portfolios.
He earned his degree in Marketing and Business Administration from ORT in Argentina.
Gustavo Bogomolni leads all MG3 Developer and construction projects and during his tenure with the company has overseen the execution of over $700 million in construction projects, ranging from ground-up development and value creation to customized tenant interiors.
He is responsible for business planning, budgeting and operational activities, and is the pre-planning and pre-construction lead, responsible for complete delivery chain management.
He reviews all capital construction projects for MG3’s portfolio of assets. Prior to joining MG3, he led one of Argentina’s most prominent custom home construction firms, managing the full development process, from land acquisition to construction to sales, and was in charge of the construction of more than 800 single-family homes and five condominium developments.
He earned his degree in Construction Engineering from Universidad Tecnólogica Nacional, and his degree in Marketing from ORT, both in Argentina. Gustavo is a Certified General Contractor with the State of Florida.
Hernan Leonoff has extensive experience in real estate investment, management, market analysis and business development.
His broad scope of responsibilities for MG3 includes the management of new investment initiatives, execution of real estate transactions, and expanding the company’s investment platform through acquisitions, as well as the strategy, sourcing, analysis and development of new opportunities.
Hernan supervises the management of existing properties, oversees operations, including funding new developments and lease renewals for existing and new assets, and co-leads re-development and expansion initiatives for existing portfolios.
In addition to his real estate investment experience, Hernan is part of long line of entrepreneurs, who built one of the largest and most renowned chain of retail optical stores in Argentina over four generations.
From an early age, he was involved in all aspects of the family business and has played a critical role in maintaining and growing the family legacy.
Steven L. Lichtenfeld is a partner and co-head of both the Real Estate Capital
Markets and Real Estate Finance Groups. He regularly advises financial institutions, investment banking firms, real estate funds, institutional lenders, specialty lenders, hedge funds, REITs and pension advisors regarding public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, senior and mezzanine financings and other corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters.
Steven has been widely recognized as a driving force in the real estate capital markets and finance space during his more than thirty year career. He has garnered several prestigious accolades in this area, including receiving a coveted second tier ranking from Chambers USA, which has described him as “a brilliant real estate attorney with experience in many asset classes.” Recently, Chambers, based on commentary to its editors from clients, described Steven as “highly analytical and highly strategic” and “encyclopedic in terms of his knowledge” in handling a broad spectrum of public and private debt offerings, M&A, joint venture and other corporate real estate matters.
Steven is a prolific author and speaker, having penned numerous articles and lectured before dozens of organizations throughout the country on various real estate capital markets and finance topics.
David S. Miller is a partner in the Tax Department. David advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international corporate tax issues. His practice covers the taxation of financial instruments and derivatives, cross-border lending transactions and other financing, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, multinational corporate groups and partnerships, private equity and hedge funds, bankruptcy and workouts, high-net-worth individuals and families, and public charities and private foundations. He advises companies in virtually all major industries, including banking, finance, private equity, health care, life sciences, real estate, technology, consumer products, entertainment and energy.
David is strongly committed to pro bono service, and has represented more than 300 charities. In 2011, he was named as one of thirteen “Lawyers Who Lead by Example” by the New York Law Journal for his pro bono service. David has also been recognized for his pro bono work by The Legal Aid Society, Legal Services for New York City and New York Lawyers For The Public Interest.

Steven A. Fishman, a senior counsel in the Corporate Department, concentrates his practice in real estate securities, real estate private equity investments and finance matters. Steve has extensive experience in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of public and private limited partnerships and limited liability companies, the formation of real estate joint ventures and private equity funds, the sale of hotel companies, and debt and equity financing.
Steve also has broad experience representing public and private corporations in all aspects of their securities filings and commercial transactions.
Paul Jhung, CPA, is a senior manager in the Assurance Practice of CohnReznick’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Practice. Paul’s real estate clients include office, multifamily, retail, industrial, storage, and development entities reporting under GAAP, investment company, and income tax basis. He provides assurance and attestation services throughout a real estate entity’s life cycle and has experience from start-up to dissolution. His experience also includes working on various real estate engagements with issues surrounding fair value measurements, business combinations, and purchase price and waterfall allocations. In addition, Paul also assists the Firm’s litigation advisory group with respect to tenant, joint venture, and partnership disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Paul spent five years working at a Big Four accounting firm, specializing in real estate.
Ronald A. Kaplan, CPA, is a partner with CohnReznick and is the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Leader. Ron has more than 20 years of experience providing assurance, due diligence, business advisory, and tax services to clients involved in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality real estate properties, both domestic and international. Ron regularly provides assistance and advisory services to clients as they negotiate agreements with lenders, equity partners, and fund managers. In addition, he advises clients on accounting and tax matters
throughout the agreement process, from initial drafting through completion.
Ron’s clients are generally private with multi-state operations and include real estate private equity funds, property management firms, partnerships, developers, REITs and joint ventures, as well as other corporate and family owners and investors. Ron has a particular focus on real estate private equity funds, with clients ranging from start-ups to established funds. Ron’s clients benefit from his experience in critical areas, such as fair value reporting, compliance monitoring, investor relations, and fund performance.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Ron was in charge of the real estate practice for the New York office of a large national public accounting firm. In this role, he oversaw the practice’s client services, account management, and team development functions.
Steven C. Barranca, CPA, CGMA, is a director at CohnReznick and is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Practice. Steve has over 25 years of diversified public accounting experience serving the
commercial real estate industry and private equity firms. He specializes in partnership taxation, LLC operating agreements, syndication, historic tax credits, REIT compliance, UPREIT structures, tax-exempt and foreign
investors, section 1031 like-kind exchanges, financial workouts, and real estate taxation. Steve’s clients include real estate developers, contractors, investors, operators, and low-income housing projects. He is frequently sought after to provide consulting in connection with FASB ASC 740 tax-provision issues for public and middle-market companies.
Steve is a frequent speaker on partnership and real estate taxation, and has presented at various AICPA and NYSSCPA tax conferences. He is a former adjunct professor for New York University’s Graduate Real Estate Program. Steve has
authored materials for continuing professional education providers, and his work has appeared in the AICPA’s Tax Advisor, and Warren Gorham & Lamont’s (WG&L) Journal of Real Estate Taxation.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Steve was the global tax
director for an international financial services firm. He also
served as a principal at a regional accounting and tax firm.
Scott Price is responsible for leading sales and client management efforts across North America.
Scott brings a wealth of industry experience to his role, having spent nearly a decade with TMF Custom House Global Fund Services, most recently as Regional Director and Head of Sales and board member for its parent company. During his 14-year professional career Scott has advised clients in the alternative hedge fund industry, spearheaded technology and product development initiatives, opened satellite offices and led change management programmes, among other achievements.

Frank is responsible for private equity fund client relationships.
Previously, Frank worked for two New York-based private equity firms with global operations. Managing over $10 billion in AUM across various asset classes, Frank retained primary responsibilities over venture capital and real estate fund reporting as well as management company reporting.

Elias Obadia is a senior Software Architect and founding partner of Tesh Corp, a Software Development Company with special focus on Finance, Real Estate and Logistics.
Elias brings more than 3 decades of experience in top Technology Companies. He was part of Microsoft’s Management team, in charge of opening the operations in Latin America, and he was also in charge of leading the Business development for Novell in Latin America under the leadership of Eric Schmidt former Google CEO, as well as the Information Systems Director at Deloitte and a University Professor at USB in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Graphics and Programming Languages.
Elias is responsible for several Software Platforms, including the Investor Portal and the REIT Investment Back-Office Management System.
Qualifications: Computer Engineer (Hons), Magister degree in Computer Science (Hons), Advanced Postgraduate studies in Strategic Marketing in Harvard Business School and General Management in Babson Business School.
Joseph Obadia is a senior Software Engineer, winner of the first Computer Programming Marathon in Venezuela and expert Software Programmer for High-Tech companies. He was personally selected by former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to develop an internal Software Platform for Microsoft that allowed the Sales Distribution Channels to communicate and place orders.
Joseph was also one of the pioneers in the area of Multimedia Software Development in Latin America with products such as Mathland. He is an expert in the area of Human Interface Design, and one of his main responsibilities is to assure that the Investor Portal and REIT Platform have a clear, highly responsive, consistent, easy to use and attractive interface.
